Starting today, May 25, 2010 you can take in the issue of the June/July Seventeen Magazine to your local Ulta store and show them page 24 to score your free Opi polish. Or you can print this page and take it into Ulta to score your free polish! A few notes: Must be btw the ages of 13-29 and only 10,000 polishes will be given away.
