Walmart has a ton of Miley Cyrus t-shirts, pants, tops, etc for just $3.00! Prices may vary by store so you may want to call ahead. My local Walmart also had several other brands for cheap - $7.00 for L.E.I. jeans, $3.00 sweaters, $3.00 thermal tops, and more! Looks like they are clearing the racks to make way for their spring line!
